About the event

Stress is everywhere—but you don’t have to be ruled by it. Join me for a weekly breathwork session designed to help you reset, recharge, and reclaim your energy.


Each week, we’ll explore a new breathing technique to enhance focus, resilience, and well-being. Then, we’ll drop into a guided SOMA Breath® session, using rhythmic breathing and music technology to shift your state in minutes.


This goes beyond a relaxation session. The purpose is to give you a practical tool to navigate life with more clarity, calm, and power.

Anyone feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or looking for a better way to manage stress. Whether you're looking for work, feeling overwhelmed in our job, all are welcome.


No experience needed—just bring yourself and an open mind.

⚠️ Contraindications:Breathwork is generally safe, but it may not be suitable for everyone. Please consult a healthcare professional before participating if you have:

🫁 Severe/critical diseases or infections if it impairs your ability to breathe

⚡ Epilepsy or a history of seizures

🌬️ Severe asthma or respiratory conditions

🩺 Organ failure or late-stage terminal illness

🏥 Severe uncontrolled hypertension (usually after a heart attack)

🤰 Pregnancy (certain techniques may not be recommended)
